The Shakespeare Commitment: Celebrating 25 Years

Last month, Kevin Reardon, CFP^® shared the announcement of Shakespeare celebrating our 25^th anniversary in 2024. Although it is important to look back and appreciate the past, we want to take this opportunity to look forward to the next 25 years.

First and foremost, we will continue to be deeply committed to our clients. Our relationships are where everything starts and finishes with Shakespeare. These long-lasting connections motivate our daily decisions as we partner to create a plan to provide peace of mind.

We will continue to build the Shakespeare team with people who are not only experts in our field, but also understand the importance of client relationships. Our goal is to develop the next generation of advisors so they can continue to serve you and your families for the next 25 years and beyond. We know many clients make the decision to work with us, not only for themselves, but for their families. We take that responsibility very seriously and will make sure our next generation is as committed to your next generation.

Beyond the relationship with you, we will be focused on maintaining the highest level of expertise and ongoing developments in our industry. There is no shortage of work to be done here. Pick any given year and you’ll see changes coming that will affect financial planning. We are already starting to plan for major changes as the current tax law sunsets in 2026. We don’t see changes like that slowing down in the future, and we will be ready for them. In addition, technology is constantly evolving and affording us new opportunities to better plan for you. We’ve always been on the cutting edge of technology and will continue to do so.

Lastly, we will be committed to each other as a Shakespeare team. One of our written values is “No One is Bigger Than the Team”. Our culture of collaboration is one of our core principles in serving our clients for long-term success. Even if a team member isn’t your main point of contact at Shakespeare, it is important to know each of us is using our strengths to benefit all our clients.
