Crystal joined the Shakespeare team as Client Service Administrator in 2023. She is the first point of contact by phone and the smiling face greeting those who come to our office. In this role, her primary objective is to ensure all have an extraordinary experience.

Crystal and her husband, Brandon, were both born and raised in New Berlin, WI. Although not high school sweethearts, they did meet in high school and a long friendship turned into a lifetime. They were married in 2014 and have two children. Their son, Lincoln, is their oldest, a surprise arrival on New Years Eve 2015. In the midst of building their dream home in Muskego, their daughter Kennedi was born in July of 2018. Brandon followed in his Dad’s footsteps as a carpenter and with the help of family, they put an addition on and rebuilt their Muskego home from the ground up.

When Crystal is not in the office, you will find her coaching Kennedi in gymnastics or watching Lincoln play one of the many sports he enjoys. In the summer, they are camping with friends or at the race track where Crystal and her Dad drag race. Crystal and her family are avid sports fans and you will often find them watching or attending various sporting events throughout the year.
